The worst company to deal with!
I ordered some wreaths, etc. on 12/28/21, didnt receive until 1/21/22.
The worst quality of merchandise I have ever seen. Wanted to return, a nightmare in itself altogether. Sent them an email, went back & forth for at least 10 emails. Were giving me a hard time about returning.
I kept asking for the address to send back. They tried to negotiate, wanted to give me 10% of my bill which would have give me $20.00 back! Lol! Told them it was a joke!
When they finally gave me the address to return, i sent back to China! Well the pkg came back to me w/some kinda msg about not deliverable. Emailed them to let them know and no one answered! Sent 3 emails and still no answer!
In the meantime I contacted Amex and put it in dispute. Also contacted PayPal who was no help at all either.
BEWARE!
Do not buy anything from them!! Useless losers!!!
